Almond Flour / Almond Protein
Ideal for cooking, baking and refining, as well as for cosmetic scrubs and face masks and sports nutrition.
particularitiesAlmonds, which are not strictly nuts but drupes, are mainly grown in warm regions such as Spain, Italy and California. Almond flour or almond protein is the processed press cake that results from the production of almond oil. Our almond oil is produced by gently pressing and then filtering the ripe, peeled almonds. In a further production step, we grind the oil press cake into fine flour. The low proportion of bitter almonds is mainly responsible for the fact that the nutty aroma of the almonds can unfold and the end products do not taste like marzipan. Almond flour is a vegan source of protein and contains minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium as well as the trace element iron.
