The range of products for this group was initially limited, the recipes rather exotic, the quality fluctuating and the volumes limited. In the next step, the so-called flexitarians were added. They consciously switched part of their diet to plant-based alternatives. In the future, it will be important for the entire population, for the mainstream, to take a highly plant-based diet as a matter of course.
