The sweet almonds are sourced from trusted organic and conventional growers in California, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Our sweet almonds are gentle mechanical pressed to extract the oil. The resulting press cake — rich in protein and naturally gluten- and lactose-free — is finely milled into a clean-label almond protein with a pleasant nutty aroma and neutral taste, free from marzipan notes thanks to its low bitter almond content.

Origin and processing

Our almonds (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis) are carefully selected and dehulled before undergoing cold pressing at low temperatures in a dedicated nut oil facility. Thanks to our advanced milling technology, we offer both standard and extra-fine particle sizes, making the protein ideal for a wide range of applications — from food and sports nutrition to cosmetics and baking. With consistent quality, clean-label appeal, and certifications including DE-ÖKO-007 and KOSHER, our almond protein delivers both functionality and trust.
